1. Return Eligibility

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-printed items are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product or a mistake in the order caused by Totspaw.
  • Non-Custom Orders: If you purchased a non-custom item from us, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

2. Return Process

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a clear description of the issue and, if possible, include photographs of the defect or error.

3. Refunds

  • Size Exchanges: For non-custom items, if you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us to see if an exchange is possible. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Items: Custom-printed apparel or any personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
